How long does it take to fulfill an order?

On average, we aim to have your orders fulfilled within 2 business days. Please understand that if you are ordering extra-large quantities, fulfillment time may be longer as we will need to make additional batches. We are a growing small business and as we expand, so does our infrastructure, thus enabling us to fulfill large orders faster. On average, a new batch of soap will take 3 weeks to cure. Our dedication to quality takes time, but we promise it is worth the wait.

Do your soaps contain any animal products?

No, all our soaps are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

How big are your bars of soap?

Each bar is hand-cut and may vary slightly in size. Approximate weight: 4.5oz - 5.5oz Approximate dimensions: 3 3/4" x 2 1/4" x 1". The mini bars (Fisherman's Soap and Bug Repellant Soap) are half the size of the regular bars.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Can I return or exchange a product if I'm not satisfied?

All sales are final. However, if your soap package remains unopened and you return the item(s) within 20 days, we may consider a return on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our customer service via email at keriscreations@hotmail.com for return requests.

Are your products safe for children and babies?

Absolutely! While all of our soaps are free from synthetic colorants and preservatives, we highly recommend the Scripture Soap as it is made from all organic ingredients and is especially gentle on the skin.
